“If you get tired, learn to rest, not to quit.”
“Come to me, all who are weary and burdered, and I will give you rest.” – Matthew 11:28
In a world running faster than ever before, it is important to take the time to rest. This time away from the stress of the world is necessary to your health and gives your mind and body a break from running and deadlines. Full rest and peace can only come from God, but we must be willing to receive it. By taking the time to listen for God’s voice, we are opening ourselves up to His rest and peace. My challenge for you is this: make time to rest in Christ today.
Hey, guys! Thursday = yay day because I’m here with my best friend M who helped me chose the song for today. ;)
I was nominated by the lovely Christ, Crafts, and Cuisine blog for the 5-day song challenge! I’m not going to nominate anyone but if you would like to participate, you can find all of the rules here.
The Song Quote
What It Means To Me
This song is a fun upbeat reminder that nothing is impossible with God and involves trust in God on our part. He can do so much more through us than we think; He can still do what is impossible to us.
Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
– Matthew 19:26
