As we get closer to the end of the year, I spend a lot of time reflecting on how this year went. Maybe things didn’t go the way I planned, maybe I was disappointed and frustrated at times. But I also learned to love my people and myself more. So as I look towards Christmas and the New Year, I hang on to the promise of a Powerful Spirit and the Hope of Love, because Love conquers all and that’s as good as it gets.

To those who are lonely, I’m wishing you a season of hope. To those who are waiting for new beginnings, I’m wishing you a season of faith. To those who are stressed, I’m wishing you a season of peace. And to those of you who have been so hurt by this year, I’m wishing you a season of love.

Today I celebrate six years of blogging! When I started my blog, I didn’t know how much it would change or how much I would come to love writing. What a journey it has been! It’s amazing how much God has used this to teach me about Himself and myself. I’m so excited for what else God will be teaching me this next year. Let’s celebrate together! Good morning and happy Wednesday! How are things going for you? I am so close to finishing my semester, it’s crazy and stressful sometimes. But I look forward to the things that I can do during my winter break! Like finishing this book that I read during the summer! And spending more time outside away from my screen. What are some things you’re looking forward to doing during your next break?
